INTRODUCTION Welcome to the Sanctum! You're not from around here, are you? Well, never fear. The Sanctum welcomes all, no questions asked. If you choose to stay, you will be free to come and go as you please. We are a peaceful group, and do not seek power nor violence. Instead, we choose to be pursuers of science, particularly astronomy, and religion, seeking illumination of both the mind and soul. Please, make yourself at home, even if you're not planning to stay.
TERRITORY The Sanctum make their home in an abandoned observatory, which has proved extremely useful to them in their quest for knowledge. Though not all members of the Sanctum are scholars, most of the high positions are, governing the Sanctum with both wisdom and tact. The Sanctum is the only group with a fierce religion. Thus, medics, as well as being practitioners of medicine, are spiritual leaders, and, upon joining the Sanctum, newcomers are encouraged to make an appointment with the medic, in order to acquaint themselves with the faith.
