INTRODUCTION Welcome to the Cartel. We consider ourselves to be quite the force, from our hidden influence to just sheer numbers. No doubt you've heard of us. We get around, whether it a member or two lurking within other groups, or just business, nothing personal, to hurry along our rise to power. Many of us are disgraced former members of other groups, and we like it just fine. This way, personal life becomes business, and there's no better motivation than a grudge against those who kicked them out.
TERRITORY You'll find us easily enough. We don't move around, and, for years, we've remained in our own little city. It was once occupied by humans, but they soon all moved out to bigger cities.
